Nigeria did not creat any job for its citizen

Nigeria as a country did not creat any job for its citizens rather than killing the citizen. We all knew how a group sponsord by Nigerian government called (BOKOHARAM) were killing peoples and laying that they are doing it for the sake of religiouse prespective whereby it is not.May God distroy all those who have hands in this evil act.

The Government will have to provide constant electricity first

That should have reduced the unemployment rate in Nigeria already. Like I always say. The Government should stop promising creating Jobs when they can not. All they need to do is to create an enabling environment. provide constant Electricity and you will see how things will turn around for good in Nigeria.

Is this statistcs right?

I wonder how they arrived at the statistics. I don't think this is true.
It will be very remarkable if this actually eventually happens.
